The next meeting of the CSM Book Club will be Thursday, January 28, 2016.  For that meeting we will be reading two easy reads.  Both of the selections are for intermediate readers but they continue our theme of foster children and are favorites of some in our group.

1 –The Great Gilly Hopkins by Katherine Paterson.  Available at both the New Orleans and Jefferson libraries.  At Amazon it is 5.99 for paperback and 3.99 for the kindle edition.

2 – Pinballs by Betsy Byars.  Available at both libraries.  It is 5.99 at Amazon for paperback and 4.99 for the Kindle edition.

We will be reading The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt for February so after you finish the two short reads you can get started on the longer book for February.
