Central St. Matthew UCC Christian Education
At Central St. Matthew, we believe that the Christian life must be nurtured through education and study in an environment of affirmation and fellowship. We offer a full range of opportunities for education and spiritual growth for children and adults. These include
- Sunday morning classes
- Monthly Men’s and Women’s Fellowship groups, which offer study and speakers from various walks of life
- A monthly daytime book club
We also offer special Advent and Lenten studies and have plans to sponsor forums concerning current issues and challenges within our neighborhood and the larger community.

The children’s lessons follow the church lectionary when appropriate. In months where there are five Sundays, children stay in the sanctuary and are involved in the service.
